We will accept items for exchange or return for full credit within 30 days from the date of receipt.

We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent you an incorrect item. Upon receipt of returned items, The Delivery reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

Custom orders and Final Sale items can not be exchanged or returned at any time.

With the original receipt, requests for price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 7 days of receipt of your package.

A credit will be issued for the purchase price of the returned or exchanged item provided the item is in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. The packing slip or a copy of the transaction must be included with your return.

Please ship your Return or Exchange via our delivry. ( Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number until you receive your refund ).

Return shipping charges and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

Customer is responsible for any shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 2-3 business days of receipt. we will notify you via email/whatsapp that you have listed on your order when the refund has been applied.
